Use the dashboard to track usage, monitor queries, and stay on top of activity, all in one centralized view.
You have the Dashboard:
- In the upper left part of the page, there is a heatmap view of all ShipTest locations used by frequency.
- In the upper right part of the page, there is a list of service pause locations.
- In the lower part of the page, you will information on shipment viability for ShipTests run against your current DNS/closure data, along with a breakout of ShipTest exceptions.
- The dashboard can be filtered from the top left corner. You can filter by Weekly, Monthly, or Semiannual data.
This is the service coverage page where carriers can upload full zipcode-level coverage files as well as group them by region or terminal code.
Follow these steps to manage Coverage:
- To manage regions and terminals, toggle to the 'Regions' section at the top of the page.
- To create a new region, enter the region name at the lower section.

Follow these steps to initiate Service pause:
- To initiate a service pause, click on the "Initiate Service Pause" button.
- There are four distinct categories of service pauses that can be put in place.
- First, enter the origin and destination addresses for the lane embargo. You can also use terminal codes for either the origin or destination.
- A 'Do Not Service location' is used to pause services to a single location. It can be created by entering an address or terminal code. You can specify whether the service is inbound, outbound, or both, and select the days of week when this service pause will be active.
- You can also select specific holidays when services will be paused.
- You can also create a DNS record due to a weather event.
Manage access tokens and issue new ones that you will use when calling the APIs from your service.
Follow these steps to manage Access Tokens:
- You can view all the tokens that you'll use when making calls to our APIs from your service.
- We offer two types of API implementations: Swagger and Redoc.
- In the top right corner, you'll find a button to generate a new access token.
