Create a new ShipTest by entering origin and destination details to instantly check which carriers can service the lane.
Follow these steps to create a new ShipTest:
- Access the ShipTest page by selecting it from the navigation bar on the left.
- Click on the "Create New ShipTest" button in the top left corner.
- Type to select locations for the origin and destination in question.
- Once locations have been added, click continue to view results.
- Now you can see Ship Test results for onboarded carriers. As you can see, one carrier did not pass the Ship Test for this lane because they have a service pause for the origin address.
- By selecting "Search eligible carriers", you will access a list of additional available carriers that are also ShipTest verified but have not yet been onboarded for your organization.
- If desired, additional carriers can be onboarded to your org to appear in future results with a single click.
- The added carrier will now appear in top results.
Easily manage your carrier network by viewing active carriers and instantly adding new viable carriers with a single click.
Follow these steps to manage Carriers:
- Access the Carriers page by selecting it from the navigation bar on the left.
- In the upper section, you will find a list of active carriers that your organization has successfully onboarded.
- In the lower section, you will find a list of all available carriers that you can onboard to your organization.
- To add a carrier to your organization, click on the plus icon on the right.
- To remove a carrier from your organization, click on the minus icon on the right.
Manage your locations by adding, editing, or removing addresses to ensure accurate, streamlined queries and faster eligibility checks across your network.
Follow these steps to manage Locations:
- Access the Locations page by selecting it from the navigation bar.
- ShipTest keeps a comprehensive record of all locations you have entered within the application.
- You will find options to modify or remove each location on the right.
- You have the option to set any location as the default origin or destination for running ShipTests.
Add team members and update organization details to keep your account aligned, ensure access control, and support seamless collaboration.
Follow these steps to manage your Organization:
- Access the Organization page by selecting it from the navigation bar.
- In the upper part of the page, you will find your organization details and can edit them here.
- In the lower part of the page, you will find the member list for your organization, along with the option to invite additional members.
- To invite additional members, click the "Invite" button.
- Enter the email address of the invited member and select their role. Then, click ‘Enter’ to add them to the invite list.
- Once you have entered all the individuals you wish to invite, click the "Send Invitation" button to proceed with sending the invitations.
- To update your organization details, use the edit icon located in the top right corner.
Upgrade your subscription to unlock higher query limits, API access, and premium support.

- Access the Subscription page by selecting it from the navigation bar.
- There are three ShipTest packages.
- Upgrade your plan by clicking the "Change Plan" button.

- In the upper left part of the page there is a heatmap view of all ShipTest locations used by frequency.
- In the upper right part of the page, you can view a list of the top performers within your organization.
- In the bottom left part of the page, you can view estimated time savings from using ShipTest.
- In the bottom right part of the page, you can view estimated cost savings from using ShipTest.
- The dashboard can be filtered from the top left corner. You can filter by Weekly, Monthly, or Semiannual data.

- You can view all the tokens that you'll use when making calls to our APIs from your service.
- We offer two types of API implementations: Swagger and Redoc.
